I’m buying a house!!

I almost didn’t want to post this until I closed, because I didn’t want to jinx myself, but I can’t resist. (No jinx, no jinx, please no jinx.) It’s a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse with a 2-car garage and family room. The complex also features an outdoor pool and a clubhouse with a gym. I’ve been drooling over this exact model for the last 3 years, ever since I visited the complex during an idle Sunday tour of the Parade of Homes. And now, thanks to the crash of the real estate market bringing prices down to rock bottom, this 1900-square foot beauty is now going to be mine. Or at least it will be, if my posting about it doesn’t jinx me. No jinx!
